We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your service and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by a qualified prescriber. Our prescribers will review your submitted medical questionnaire and, where necessary, request additional information or arrange a consultation before any prescription is approved.
A prescription will only be issued if it is deemed safe and appropriate for you. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following every consultation. Our clinical decisions are final and are made in the interests of patient safety.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Rochester unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any consultation that does not result in a prescription being issued, unless a separate consultation fee is clearly stated at the point of booking.

Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made to UK addresses only via a tracked courier service.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at our registered email address.
Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and GPhC guidance. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
The information provided through our service is for clinical and informational purposes only and does not replace the advice of your GP or other healthcare professional. If you experience a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
You are responsible for informing your GP that you are receiving weight loss treatment through our clinic. We strongly recommend keeping your primary care team informed of all medications you are taking.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
